Order Cancellation Policy

National Tank Outlet Order Cancellation Policy:

NTO customers can cancel an order at anytime. If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be no charges and money will be refunded. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, they will be charged with a $50 order processing fee. If a customer cancels an order after the tank has shipped, they will be charged a 25% restocking fee and any freight charges from time of shipment.
